March 18th, 2008 - Boys & Their Toys Like all boys with new toys, despite being 37 Dan is no different!
Having enrolled in bee keeping school he couldn't wait to go back and purchase all the necessary equipment. Off he set with another blank cheque (recipe for disaster) and promply came back with
- bee hive
- mini bee hive (for use at the bee school)
- tunic & veil
- gloves
- smoker and pellets
- hive tool
- bag of honey sweets
- jar of the shop owners honey
In addition to bee-keeping, Dan has also signed up to be a volunteer fireman and has recently been measured for his firemans uniform.
Our cousins, Kerri & Tony, have both expressed concern that Dan fancies himself as the 1970's childrens TV character Mr Benn! They've warned Tracey that if he starts walking into the closet to get changed then he may be taking it all a little too far :-) View The Blog Read All Bee Stories |
