25th June, 2008 - Day 2 In The Pig Brother House With a full compliment of livestock, the morning feeding and cuddling process takes about an hour - it would take a lot longer if Dan didn't tear himself away from the pigs!
Dan entered the pig pen and re-aquainted himself with Dick & Dom.
Dick was not backwards in coming forwards, although the same cannot be said for his brother Dom, who is happier in the shadows.
Despite having been at home with us for little more than 23 hours, Dick was happy to eat his breakfast out of Dan's hand.
With a more than generous pen between the 2 piglets (commercially, there'd be more than 50 pigs in the same area!), the boys have a tremendous amount of shade from 3 conker trees.
That said, they chose to spend the hottest part of the day laying out in the full sun - ignorant of the fact that 80% of the pen is actually in the shade.
As they say - only mad pigs and Englishmen lay out in the midday sun!
