21st July, 2008 - The End Of The Road For The Chickens

With just 6 fattner upper chickens left and increasing summer heat it was time for the feathered friends to be popped off before they keeled over with heat exhaustion or obesity!

The largest weighed in at 2.2kgs and the smallest, a female, weighed in at 1.3kgs (probably been on a diet like most women!)

Following the massacre Dan resembled a victim from a car accident - covered in blood! (with chicken feathers stuck to his velcro like hair!!)
