29th July, 2008 - Lucky Rabbits Foot?!

It has to be said that Mimi has the most beautiful babies...

...that said, they were now big enough for the pot!

Dan spent the morning slaughtering, skinning and jointing 8 bunnies.

With 7 in our freezer, the 8th rabbit was given to our neighbour Francoise as a "thank you" for all the things she's done for us and all the bags of scraps that she leaves by our gate for the rabbits & pigs.
