10th August, 2008 - Why Are Dans' Birds Never Satisfied?! Despite all the loving care and attention, it seems that Dans' birds always think that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence!
A couple of weeks ago it was the ducks who decided that their 1/3 acre enclosure, complete with pond and private island wasn't good enough.
Today, it was the turkeys, geese and chickens who decided that life must be better on the other side.
Having spent the day at a local tourist attraction with family, Dan & Tracey returned home to see the birds wandering all over the garden.
Ever mindful of the destruction that last years turkeys caused, everyone mucked in and started to round the birds up.
 
First off, Tina walked to the bird enclosure with a bucket of food and was soon surrounded by the naughty poultry.
